Los Talleres de Empleo, llevan en marcha una gran labor de inserción socio-laboral. Tienen un programa mixto de
empleo y formación, para las personas sin trabajo, que tiene como objetivo
mejorar la ocupación mediante la
realización de obras y servicios de interés general y social que permitan al
alumno-trabajador la realización de un trabajo efectivo mediante el contrato
para la formación y el aprendizaje, que junto con la formación profesional
recibida, procure su cualificación profesional y favorezca su inserción
laboral. Al finalizar este ciclo recibirán, cada alumno en su competencia un “Certificado
(en su especialidad) de Profesionalidad”, además de la formación en lengua
castellana y competencia matemática N2.
Los dos módulos del T.E. Segóbriga VII, reciben las
clases teóricas, impartidas por los monitores, en sus especialidades
correspondientes, más la Formación Complementaria que lleva a cabo el Educador.
Realizan prácticas y visitas formativas y actúan con utilidad pública. Las
actuaciones, del módulo de “Revestimiento con piezas rígidas por adherencia en
la construcción”, son en distintas zonas del casco histórico del municipio.Los alumnos del módulo de “Instalación y mantenimiento
de jardines y zonas verdes”actúan, entre otros lugares, en el paraje natural de
la Esperanza, en el Paseo de Sopeña,
en los taludes que rodean los cerros, además de
distintos lugares del casco urbanoy alrededores de toda la ciudad de Segorbe.
